I drew a shot from the monster rancher TV show.

(I read the link thread, so I hope I did that right). Anyway, I hope you guys like my drawing. I plan on doing more, so I'll get better.

For a first try that is actually really well done. The face doesn't seem quite right (Jells don't have facial markings, IIRC). Perhaps you can consider developing more variation in the body as well to give it a watery look. I'd also consider LIGHTLY sketching in a background.

Other than that, very well done for a first try.

I"m aware that they don't have those markings, I just wanted to give it a little twist. I do want to change them up a bit and make them less sloppy (the markings) and I also want to make it look more watery as well. I considered a background, but never actually got into it.

Thanks. I'm currently working on Worm (by coincidence, actually) and it isn't quite how I'd like it so far, but by the end it should be good.

When that one is finished I'll do Mint, because that one will be so difficult (People are so complicated when it comes to drawing) and Pink Eye will be easy; so I'm going to save that one for last.
