Does CloneDVD use subcode data like CloneCD? If so, it is possible to make DVDs that regenerate special monsters in the PS2 games with them?

I am inquisitive today.

No, unfortunately, it does not. Multiple attempts to find a work around have all ended poorly.

What about the latest version of CloneCD? Will it still let you get CD subcode data?

I dunno, I thought the company that made the software got in trouble over something and their website was shut down.

Apparently not. They're still doing CloneCD and CloneDVD. In fact, they even recently made CloneCD HD for HD-DVD and Blu-Ray discs.
