when a worm hatches and becomes a new monster, (ie a beaclon) the stagains, likes, loyalty, ect. stay the same, and its essentially the same monster, except apearence and moves. The monster is still a worm untill combining and you can get a real beaclon with beaclon stag gains.

I wonder, when you combine a worm that has cocooned, are the staggains multipliers the same as the worms are the beaclons? what about baseline stats?

I'm going to assume that the multipliers and baseline stats in combining are still the worm's. If this information is known, please tell me. If not, i'll find out myself and post the resulsts.

As far as I know, they are all the same as the original worm's were. Since you can hatch any breed of worm, the numbers need to match the breed you used.
